I was in contact with Ian at this company and we was very helpful and kind. Professional. I liked my daughters necklace so much I ordered one for myself. The nameplate is very substantial and the lettering was perfect! VERY NICE QUALITY! I will know to wait about a month for my necklace to come. It is worth the wait though.
